Overall structure of the Stanage Forum / Management
Plan
In order to evaluate the plan in a holistic way, it is first necessary
to take a step back to define the whole picture. Inputs, the planning
process, outputs and longer term outcomes should all be properly assessed,
taking into account the changing context in which we are going to be
