The information you will find here is intended to help you plan a day out in the Peak District, whether you are less active, disabled or have young children.
Please note:
Route
descriptions are not graded as they may vary with weather conditions. Gradients are given where they
may be helpful.
'Easy going trail' means a fairly level route with few steep sections or other obstructions; it may be wheelchair accessible.
Many sites are remote and unsupervised and car thieves may operate. Please take all valuables when you leave your car and lock other belongings out of sight.
Some disabled toilets require RADAR keys. Locations of public toilets.
Other walks
A number of guided walks with rangers take place each year which are suitable for pushchairs and wheelchair users. Contact the Peak District National Park Authority Ranger Service on 01629 816290 or search for guided walks.
