Draft Motion:

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item No 5 to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information under S100 (A) (4) Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, Paragraph 3 “Information relating to the financial affairs and business of the Authority”.
