Draft Motion:

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item No. 6 to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information under S100 (A) (4) Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, Paragraph 3 “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person, (including the Authority holding that information)”
