Draft Motion:

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item No. 7 to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information under S100(A)(4) Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A Paragraph 5 “Information in respect of which a claim to professional legal privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings”.
